Default That Frit Girl Rocks

I would like to share with you all the fantastic customer service I received from Leslie at That Frit Girl.

I bought frit when she had it on sale and it was posted out. I got concerned as the package hadn't arrived after about 2 weeks. (I live in Australia and have to give packages time to get here.) I contacted Leslie with my concerns. She was willing to post me out my order again because the package hadn't arrived. We decided to give the package a bit more time to arrive but we really thought it had disappeared into the mailing black hole after giving it another week.
I sent her an email after the cut off day we had given the package to arrive and she sent an email back letting me know that she would be reposting my order.
The good news to the story. The package actually arrived the day after I had received the email from Leslie about reposting. I emailed her as soon as I could to let her know and caught her before she reposted ... aka a happy ending.

I just wanted to share how fantastic Leslie's communication and customer service was and would recommend her to anyone interested in buying frit and will be returning in future to get more frit from her.

Default Leslie is awesome...

I agree, Leslie has great customer service! I placed an order when she was having a sale, couldn't get the discount code to take, but did the order anyhow. I added a comment that I couldn't get the code to take and that I went ahead with the order cause I had spent an hour laboring over frit colors. Leslie just refunded the discount amount, no big deal, and she was so nice about it. It's great when people are so nice.
