Northstar "Uniques" in stock now at Rose Valley Glass!!

I've now got 6 of the newest Northstar COE 33 "Unique" colors in stock and on the website! I'm working on the pictures, so those should be up within a day or so. These colors are truly "unique" and not part of Northstar's production line, so supplies are very very limited!

I've got them all listed for $3.05/rod and all rods are between 15 - 17 inches long.

Colors in stock: Dank Stank, Dbl Deluxe Half Caf Latte, Sandy's Sassiness, Goats Blood, Lunar Delight and Pommel.

The mail carrier just picked it up! Lemme know what you think! I put a Northstar color poster in there and a couple of Northstar tattoos in there, also...in case you have kids. Mine LOVES the temporary tattoos right now. lol

No pics yet! I'm having a hard time getting the pics to come out. Need more light!!! The Pacific NW is dark right now, apparently! lol I'm workin' on it!

LOL...I know how you feel, I really do! I almost died during the 2 days it took to get them. lol

They are all pretty cool. My favs so far are Goats Blood and Dank Stank. Goats Blood is a dark, transparent red that looks awesome over lighter colors. Dank Stank has lots of different greens in it...super cool.

I only sell by the rod, and these colors are priced at $3.05 per rod. The rods are between 15-17 inches long. I also put little "treats" in all of my orders...and did get a bunch of broken rods with this batch...so if you want, I can put in a sample of a color you want to try, with your next order. Just put it in the order notes. I'm always happy to do that, if I have a short of something laying around. Happens a lot.

I've got a 5-yr old girl (Jess) who gets into my stash of NS swag once in awhile...it's hard for her to sneak, tho...she ends up wearing 10 of them at a time! LOL! I used to have some really cool stickers from them, too...but those have totally disappeared. I think she's hidden them somewhere. LOL

I'm having trouble getting the glass to react, but I've not worked with boro very much, so I think it's just my inexperience. I spoke to Susan at NS today and they are not going to publish any tips/tricks for these because they are basically odd lots of stock colors or total accidents, so they don't KNOW how they will react! All she said was "NO refunds, and we make no promises on how they'll behave in the flame!" lol...so there ya go.

If (when) you make something cool with the new colors, as I said, I'll be happy to put the pics on my website (will full credits and contact info for you, of course).

oooooooooooh I wish I could see what this glass looks like! I love experimentals, but it's so hard to buy without looking at a pic first. Any luck yet?

Okay, I called Northstar and what I've done is put up the pics of the intended colors (Uniques are odd-lots of NS production colors), with a description of how the "Unique" color differs from the production color.

Please read all descriptions, including the category description. I will be adding customer photos to the stock photos as those begin to come in, so that you can see what the actual colors look like when they are worked!

so at 3.05 a rod how much is that per pound ?

In my experience, there are approx 10 - 11 NS rods per pound and they are around 17" long. So, about $30/lb.

No problem! Thanks for asking the question to begin with. I know it can be weird ordering by-the-rod, when everyone is so used to seeing prices listed by pound or 1/4 pound.
