An Announcement from Frantz Art Glass
I would love to give members of LE a 'heads up' about a sale we will have next week and let them get a head start on ordering and take advantage of a great sale before we send out 6,000 emails announcing it on Tuesday. Next Tuesday's sale will overlap our present sale on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and it will give everyone three days to combine both sales. But with this post, LE members have an extra three days to place orders and not miss out. And miss out on what you ask?.
This Tuesday's Sale
35% discount on Double Helix glass rods
50% discount on Vetrofond glass rods 50% discount on NorthStar 1 and 5 pounds bags of shorts.
Please put "LE" in the comments section of your web order
Assortments not included
No Distributors
No Backorders
Just picked up 250 pounds of Double Helix, but we have only 4 pounds of Nyx.
You can order Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday before we send out our email and take advantage of both sales before it is officially announced. You will not see your discounts on the website for next Tuesday's sale, but you will get them.
And with a free mini bundle of CiM Messy Color with orders of 5 pounds and three mini bundles with orders of 10 pounds, this overlapping sale will SAVE YOU MONEY and stuff your stockings or your work bench will free gifts
So place your order early and do not miss out on our GREAT TURKEY SALE!
Mike Frantz approves this message.

Free Messy Bundles
These bundles are the same ones we had for our BASH this past year. The size of the bundle is based on the price of the glass. Each bundle consists of enough glass to make each bundle have a retail value of $5. Few rods of Gelly Sty and more rods of less expensive glass, and the amount of glass in the Gelly Sty in our bundles was based on the old price of $39 per pound, not the $50 per pound that the glass now sells for, so it is a very special free gift.

Glad that makes you smile, keep in mind this is only Northstar Shorts, but our regular line of Northstar firsts is always 25% discounted.

Mike, even at medium security settings with cookies enabled I'm not able to log in to the site. It's never been a problem before. I did/do like the ability to save a cart of goodies. Is it a problem on my end or yours?

Great Question, No Answer

That is a great question....but not for me. We all have things we are good at, experts at and very bad at.....and as you can imagine I am bad with computers and even though a question like this comes up, the answer can be different for the same question.
A problem that one person has, another does not.
I still think that computer cookies are made in an oven.
I wish I could help, I do know that you can save a cart. I have also heard customers adding to their cart but not logging on and nothing new is saved.
I would bet that somebody in LE will answer this before I get an answer on Monday.
I am good at going to the factories and finding great color
I am very good at offering great discounts and a huge selection of color.
But my ability to understand why one person has a problem and another does not evades me to the tenth degree.
It could be you
It could be us
What is important is that you get to place your order, and it should not matter if you place it all at one time or over many days.
I do think that we may need and "Question and Answer" area on our website and as far as I do or do not know, we could have one. I have never used our website, never needed to. But the more I learn and the smarter I become, I then would have the ability to tell you what to do and make you happy.
So my answer is "no clue".
Sorry, but on Tuesday the person (Stacey) who works with customers will be back at work, but even in the meantime Keith or Deonne can answer your question on Monday.
Thank You
Mikey

You can try a couple of things to fix this
1 clear your cache ( if you dont know how to do this do a google search on cleaning out i.e.)
i would go with the 2nd option i.e. always has problems like this
2 download firefox and forget about I.E.

Snowing A BLizzard
It is really snowing hard in Shelton. Last year we hardly had any snow, but nature is making up for that now. I never was able to get to work as there is 4 inches of snow on the ground, cars in the ditches, people spinning and the word is everyone is leaving town and going home. At Frantz we are sending some folks home because of the weather. Very few packages will get out today. No idea what Tuesday will bring, but will do our best to muck our way through the slush and ship on Tuesday and Wednesday.
I appreciate everyone's patience with shipping, but our sale this week is worth a few days of snow delay.
Thank you

Translucent Red ALL GONE
The Translucent Red we advertised in this post is all gone. We found only a small amount (22 pounds) and it is all gone and none was left to put in the redemption store. I probably have enough to show the factory in case they can make it again.

Free Glass Gone
After our Free CiM bundles offer had expired, we still had customers sending in orders asking for them and even though the offer had expired we decided to continue giving them out until they were gone. So if you get some, it was not a mistake, it was just our way of saying THANKS

Oh goody. I just realized I hadn't mad a color request and came to check this thread only to realize that I was probably too late. I hope I'm lucky and get some anyway.
