Default Spiral Dance Glass ROCKS!
Susan at Spiral Dance Glass has the best customer service on the planet!

I just placed my very first order for frit and had some troubles with the checkout process and goofed up my order.

When I contacted her about it not only did she refund my account for the extra payment, but she still sent the duplicate frit anyways because she felt bad I had problems placing the order.

That goes way above and beyond any customer service expectations.
