That Frit Girl is open FULL TIME!!!
Many of you know and have sent prayers and stuck with me through an increased frequency of lengthy night calls, getting rear-ended on my way to work twice in two weeks, the loss of part of a lung, several collapsed lungs, and now finally a 24 hour shift resulting in my totalling my car and losing part of my memory (just of the accident and the following day).
After much deliberation my family & I felt that leaving my place of employment was the only option.
I'm scared to death, heartbroken because I loved what I did, but I agree with my family. Now, what to do...
In the meantime I'm planning on nurturing That Frit Girl. I've finally been allowed back into the studio, so I can work on new blends as well as matching obsolete ones. I'll be slowly adding back in the frits that I'd taken out in order to better manage the store while I was working what felt like 100 hours per week, so if there are any requests, please don't hesitate to ask.
To avoid inventory confusion, all volumes are listed in 0.5oz increments - just order whatever you need and I'll pop it in the appropriate jar.

That's great Leslie! Less stress is ALWAYS a good thing. I love having my own business at home, especially in the summer when I can take dips in the pool between sending orders out I'm betting you will too

That's great, Leslie! I hope you can get comfy with the decision, as I know that it will take time to adjust. The most vital thing, take care of your health. That's first and foremost! Welcome back and I'm so glad you can do this full time now!

Welcome back and keep thinking positive. As one who has been with memory loss for 10 months, I can understand your position. I am glad you are back on your feet and I know your frit business will more than compensate for the job.

Deb, if you don't have any, try the Loetz blue-green. It is (most often) my favorite frit!

i was gifted some loetz grey and i didnt know what it was, i didnt test it out for ages cos it just looks like dull grey frit...when i finally did i was blown away, its the most beautiful colour! i carefully use the teeny bit i have left, carefully scraping the remains off my frit tray back into the bottle
i need more and i'll try the green too, i'll order while i'm here in the US to save freight
