Default Help! What color is this (coral)?

Ok all you glass whoreders (). I've had this color almost since I began lampworking 1 whole year ago (woo woo!). It's a coral, but it's VERY yellow. Not bright yellow, but buttery orangey yellow. It's almost identical in color to the new Eff. 422 Med. Tequila Orange. The texture is rough, like coral usually is and there is a faint pink line going down the side. The core is a very pale pink.

It was really hard to get decent pictures, but I hope my description helps. does anyone know what I have? (Besides something yummalicious)

Whoreders...that's funny!!

Well, my best guess is that if it was from a year ago it could be the 2005 tequila sunrise or perhaps something like the pineapple/mango coral variation.

It's definitely not pumpkin...that's more subdued.

Happy Sunday!

Well, if you don't have pumpkin, then YES!

I love pumpkin coral - it really is perfectly pumpkin colored. I bought several small lots when it was out last year.

Pumpkin, as in orangey? If so, then I think I have it. The place I used to buy from didn't name the different shades of coral back then. (Which is why I have no idea what this shade is...)

The pumpkin I have is not orangey at all in rod form. It is yellow but think like more like a gourd yellow? It's yellow but muted. Hard to describe but not orange at all. I'll take a pic later today!

Hey Teresa,

Perhaps we are arguing semantics I'm sure my pumpkin is your pumpkin. I'm just saying I'm not seeing mine as pumpkin orange in rod form. It's definitely yellow. Will post pic shortly.
