I ordered a press days after Amy got home from the hospital thinking it might be a while before my order was sent just because its a busy time for her. I was happily surprised when my order was sent out the same day it was recieved and arrived safe and sound a few days later. That is exceptional customer service and believe me that doesn't go unnoticed..
