Default ? about regulaters

Hi, I have just purchased a 8M national torch...I will be hooking it up to propane and an oxy tank...Could someone lead me in the right direction...Im finding all kinds of welding, argon, and just various gases..not really sure which to get..are there specific types for propane and oxy? Thanks in advance for any help

Hi Sorry - I re-read your post but Yes the Propane tank and the Oxygen tank take different regulators. ( I]m selling a Smith equipment Oxy reg. for $50.00). The on-line store and your local welding supply should be able to direct you. You do want the one specificily for your gas.

You can use either a propane regulator or an acetylene regulator for propane.
