Default Question about heated floormat

I can't remember who said they used one in their garage or studio when torching. I'm thinking this would be a safer option than a space heater when working with a propane torch (Hot Head).

How well does it work to keep you warm enough to work? It's usually my feet and legs that get cold so it sounds like a good option for me. Also, where did you get yours? I have seen a few suppliers online and the price is $50 to $60. I'm wondering if I can get one from Harbor Freight... I'll have to call them.

Thanks for the info,

Cheryl

I use one. My mom got it for me and I think it was in the price range quoted. It keeps my feet warm as I have a concrete garage floor. It really helps. My legs still get cold, but overall I'm much happier.

PS - A knit hat helps too.
